DONAL I am SO happy with this choice! She was on my top 4 list and NOW I will support John McCain. Frankly, until this point he hasn't deserved out support, but I'm with McCain-Palin! Now he gets my money and my time.

He was getting my vote before he announced his running mate, but now he will get my money too. I am thrilled with his choice. Vice President Palin has a nice ring to it, doesn't it? So does President McCain. Pat

She is a great choice, as almost all conservatives agree. Ethical, tough, clear-headed, a doer. A friend hopefully describes her as a new Maggie Thatcher.

There is a question about experience, given McCain's age and that the president of the US is ultimately responsible for the defense of the free world. Somehow, though, my feeling is that Palin has innate wisdom and judgment. Perhaps voters who might wonder about her ability take over unexpectedly feel the same way. Anyhow, we already know Obama's naivete and left wing gobbledygook, wishy washy thinking on foreign affairs and defense is atrocious and worrisome. Palin could only be better than he.

As for experience, she's a HELL of a lot more qualified than the "voting present" magic negro radical from Chicago! :-) This is the kind of person I would WANT in the Oval office. Good going John McCain!

I have to agree with all of you! Governor Palin was an excellent choice...and experienced too.

Hillary must be spittin' nails! She wanted to be somebody's choice. Someone on talk radio called her the "impeached President's wife."

The McCain-Palin ticket should get a lot of votes, including some Dems who don't like Obama. Let's hope it's enough.
